Stacey holds an honours bachelor of communication arts from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as an honours diploma in photography from Humber College. She has received many prestigious awards including the President's Letter for high academic achievement, IODE English award, and French Language award.
An eager study, Stacey began her formal training in high school where she quickly showed a high level of proficiency and was promoted to senior editor. Here she implemented new design templates and helped her staff transition into a digital format while also tracking publication sales and building partnerships with local advertisers and contributors.
Stacey studied photography, graphic design, print communications, and non-linear editing at Wilfrid Laurier's Waterloo campus and augmented her studies with studio classes at Laurier's partner campus in Sydney, Australia. Upon graduation she continued her studies at Humber College, gaining more studio experience and learning business techniques for digital media, user experience (UX), and search engine optimization (SEO).
Stacey has worked in the art departments of three Toronto media outlets; St. Joseph Media, Rive Gauche Media, and Post City Magazines where she gained many valuable skills in magazine production and design. She put these skills to good use working as a graphic designer for Doris Inc. Published in multiple Toronto-based publications, Stacey has participated in three group exhibitions and has work on permanent display in a Sarnia medical office. She is also honoured to have had some of her images featured in the National Post.

When not behind her lens or in front of her computer, Stacey can often be found wandering the vibrant streets of downtown Toronto searching for new inspiration for future projects. She welcomes opportunities in photography, creative production, and other digital specializations.
